Charcoal panel rainscreen, 6-storey multi-family
Fibre cement panel and plank rainscreen over a ventilated cavity on a wood-frame mid-rise. Balcony returns, window surrounds and reveal joints worked to the architect's elevation details.
Delta, BC — serving the Lower Mainland
Aurex Exteriors is a crew of experienced siding installers. Fibre cement, vinyl, engineered wood, cedar and metal — installed to spec, on schedule, on homes and multi-family projects across Metro Vancouver.

What we do
We don't sub siding out between other jobs — it's the only thing we do. That means the flashing details, the fastening, the clearances and the trim are handled by people who install siding every day.
James Hardie · Hardie board · HardiePlank
The Lower Mainland's go-to for a durable, low-maintenance exterior that stands up to coastal rain.
The most cost-effective full re-side. Modern vinyl looks far better than the vinyl of 20 years ago.
Vinyl with a rigid foam backing — a straightforward way to add exterior insulation during a re-side.
LP SmartSide · treated wood siding
The warmth of real wood grain with treated strand technology that resists the problems solid wood has.
cedar bevel · shiplap · tongue and groove
Real western red cedar — bevel, shiplap, or board-and-batten. A premium, character exterior.
A vertical profile with wide boards and narrow battens — modern farmhouse and contemporary builds love it.
standing seam · metal panel · corrugated
Prefinished metal panel and standing-seam cladding — a crisp, low-maintenance look for feature walls and full exteriors.
Why Aurex
Fastening pattern, gapping, clearance from grade and roofs, flashing at every penetration — done the way the product warranty requires.
The same installers on your job from start to finish. No rotating subs, no manpower surprises.
We check the sheathing and water-resistive barrier once the old siding is off, and show you anything that needs repair before we cover it up.
Your home stays weather-tight at the end of each day and the site is cleared. On commercial work, the next trade gets a clean hand-off.

We help you choose the right material for your budget and the look you want, then lock in a start date and a timeline.
Old siding comes off, the wall assembly gets checked, and any repairs are quoted before we proceed.
New siding, trim and flashing installed to spec. The home stays weather-tight throughout.
We walk the finished exterior with you and don't call it done until you're satisfied.

Vertical prefinished metal wall panel on a projecting stair core, tied into adjacent fibre cement with a clean transition flashing and matched fastener lines.

Panel cladding around a stacked-balcony elevation with accent-colour infill units. Cut-outs and edge trims fitted tight to the guard and soffit lines.
